Toyhop privacy policy

Effective 19 October 2026 · Applies to the Toyhop app on iOS and Android · Toyhop support

The short version: Toyhop collects no personal information from children or parents.

Who we are

Toyhop is made by Classreaders OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 16743660). Contact: aysegul@classreaders.com.

What the app stores, and where

InformationWhere it is keptWhy
Levels and stars per toy, the child's paintings and drawings, today's play time, the play-time limit, sound and music switchesOnly on the deviceTo pick the right level, hang paintings on the room's wall, run bedtime and make the grown-ups' cards
Whether the one-time unlock was boughtOn the device, and in your Apple or Google purchase historyTo open the full toy room and to restore the purchase on a new device

Deleting the app deletes everything stored on the device.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and is processed entirely by them. We never see payment details or who bought it. The app only asks the store whether the unlock was bought, so it can open the full toy room and restore it on a new device.

Sharing cards and postcards

In the grown-ups' corner, behind a grown-up check, a parent can make a picture of the day or a postcard of a painting. The picture is made on the device. It leaves the device only if the parent chooses where to send it in the phone's own share sheet. We never receive it.

Children's privacy

Toyhop is designed for children aged 2 to 6 and follows the Apple Kids category rules, the Google Play Families policy, COPPA and the GDPR. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no third-party advertising or analytics tools in the app. Links that leave the app, such as this policy, and purchases are placed behind a grown-up check.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question email us and we will answer within 30 days. You can also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be described in the app's release notes.
