What the app stores, and where

InformationWhere it is keptWhy
Which songs were finished, the chosen instrument, a free-play recording (the notes tapped, not sound from a microphone), the sound switch, the titles switch and the number of padsOnly on the deviceTo show finished songs, keep the recording and remember the grown-ups' settings
Whether the one-time unlock was boughtOn the device, and in your Apple or Google purchase historyTo open all the songs and instruments and to restore the purchase on a new device

Deleting the app deletes everything stored on the device.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and is processed entirely by them. We never see payment details or who bought it. The app only asks the store whether the unlock was bought, so it can open all the songs and instruments and restore it on a new device.

Children's privacy

Beat Barn is designed for children aged 2 to 6 and follows the Apple Kids category rules, the Google Play Families policy, COPPA and the GDPR. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no third-party advertising or analytics tools in the app. Purchases and settings are placed behind a grown-up check.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question email us and we will answer within 30 days. You can also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be described in the app's release notes.
