What the app stores, and where

InformationWhere it is keptWhy
The sound switch, whether names are shown, the language of the names, which friends were shown recentlyOnly on the deviceTo remember the grown-ups' settings and to vary who hides where
Whether the one-time unlock was boughtOn the device, and in your Apple or Google purchase historyTo open all the worlds and to restore the purchase on a new device

Deleting the app deletes everything stored on the device.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and is processed entirely by them. We never see payment details or who bought it. The app only asks the store whether the unlock was bought, so it can open all the worlds and restore it on a new device.

Children's privacy

Peekaboo Barn is designed for children aged 1 to 3 and follows the Apple Kids category rules, the Google Play Families policy, COPPA and the GDPR. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no third-party advertising or analytics tools in the app. Purchases and settings are placed behind a grown-up check.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question email us and we will answer within 30 days. You can also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be described in the app's release notes.
