Request deletion by email
A parent or guardian can request deletion of a Class Readers account and its associated data without signing in or reinstalling the app.
- Email info@edictdigital.com with the subject Class Readers account deletion.
- Include the email address used to sign in to Class Readers and state that you want the account and associated data deleted. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, include the relay address shown in your account settings if available.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send a password, payment card details or a child's recording.
This button opens your email app. You must send the email to submit the request; opening this page does not delete an account.
Delete from the app
Open Class Readers, sign in, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Account deletion is permanent.
What to include in your deletion request
The request covers your account information, reading progress, quiz results, points and any stored reading recordings associated with that account. Store-managed purchase records remain subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play's own policies.
Manage your subscription separately
Deleting your Class Readers account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future renewal charges, cancel it in the store where you subscribed. You can request account deletion whether or not you have a subscription.
