1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Class Readers mobile application and website operated by Edict Digital Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf.
2. The service
Class Readers provides a library of levelled children's books with read-along narration, recording, quiz and dictionary features. A limited selection of books is free; full access requires a premium subscription.
3. Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are purchased through your Apple Account and unlock the full library for the subscription period.
- Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
4. Accounts
Accounts are created with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or resell the app or its content, and not to use the service in a way that disrupts it for others. All books, illustrations, audio and other content are the property of Edict Digital or its licensors and are protected by copyright.
6. User content
Voice recordings created in the app remain yours. You grant us the technical right to store and play them back to you as part of the service. Recordings are not shared with other users.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and error-free but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edict Digital's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
